Job Description:
Randers – Trabalho Temporário Lda is hiring an experienced Tandoor Cook for an Indian restaurant in the Netherlands. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the tandoor section, preparing authentic tandoor dishes, and maintaining high standards of taste, hygiene, and presentation for immediate placement.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Preparing and cooking a variety of tandoor dishes such as naan, roti, kebabs, and grilled items
• Managing the tandoor section independently during service
• Ensuring food quality, taste consistency, and presentation standards
• Preparing marinades and ingredients for daily operations
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen according to food safety standards
• Coordinating with kitchen staff for smooth service
• Monitoring stock levels related to the tandoor section

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Tandoor Cook / Tandoor Specialist
• Strong expertise in traditional tandoor cooking techniques
• Ready to relocate to the Netherlands immediately
• Existing legal work documents or Portugal TRC preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene regulations
