Job Description:
Randers – Trabalho Temporário Lda is urgently hiring an experienced Kitchen Helper (Sausage Maker Specialist) for a full-time position in France. The selected candidate will be responsible for making Ham Sausage, Cooking Sausage, Making of Sausages with stuffer while ensuring high technical standards and safety compliance.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Execute the end-to-end production of various meat products, specifically focusing on Ham Sausage and Cooking Sausages.
• Expertly operate manual or automated sausage stuffing machinery to ensure consistent product density and casing integrity.
• Assist in the grinding, mixing, and seasoning of meat according to specific French culinary standards and proprietary recipes.

Requirements:

• Portugal TRC Holder / C. Citizen
• Proven experience as Kitchen Helper (Sausage making)
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work full-time
